SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL WARNINGS
Rules to be followed during maintenance, repair and use
• Do not drop, hit or expose the products you have purchased to water; do not place heavy objects on them; keep them as far away from transformers, speakers, magnets, motors and televisions as possible; protect them from humidity, dust, etc. Always use the product on clean and solid surfaces. Do not spill any liquid on it, do not use it on wet and dirty surfaces.
• Products damaged by chemical effects will be OUT OF WARRANTY.
• Do not force the connector when connecting the product to the computer. Do not pull or break the cable.
• There is no repair that the user can do inside the product. Only the outer surface can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Do not wipe with gasoline, thinner or similar solvents.
• Physical intervention to the product by persons or institutions other than authorized service personnel will terminate the product's warranty.
• In case of a problem with the product, you can send it to our technical service through the dealer you purchased it from together with the warranty certificate. Warnings regarding situations that may be dangerous or harmful to human or environmental health during use
• Since the components you use operate with electricity, protect the device from heat, liquid contact, moisture and dust in order to avoid any risk of exposure to current and to protect against potential damage. The device should be at least 30 cm away from the heat source. Keep it away from moisture. Information regarding maintenance, repair or cleaning of the product that the consumer can do on their own
• Make sure that the electrical connections of the device are completely disconnected.
• Use a clean cloth when cleaning the device. Avoid contact with wet, damp etc. Do not use cleaners containing alcohol, acetone etc.
• There is no need for the device to require intervention by the user regarding hardware maintenance, repair or product cleaning. In case of any problem, the relevant authorized service should be contacted.
• The device should be kept clean. It should not be exposed to foreign substances such as dust and various liquids.
• For hardware problems, contact an expert technical service.
• The device must be installed and maintained by expert personnel.
In case of periodic maintenance, information on the time intervals and who should perform the periodic maintenance:
• The device does not require maintenance as long as the conditions specified in the user manual are observed. Do not disassemble and reassemble the device under any circumstances.
It complies with the WEEE Regulation.
• Do not dispose of it with normal household waste. It has been determined that this product should be collected separately at a suitable collection point. Uncontrolled disposal of waste is harmful to the environment and human health. In order to prevent such damages, separate products bearing this logo from other wastes and ensure that they are recycled so that they can be reused. For detailed information on this subject, please contact your dealer or local authorities regarding waste collection.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1) The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product and is 2 years.
2) The entire product, including all its parts, is under warranty.
3) If the product is found to be defective, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights in Article 11 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers: a- Withdraw from the contract, b- Request a discount on the sales price, c- Request free repair, d- Request replacement of the product with a defect-free equivalent.
4) If the consumer chooses the right to free repair among these rights, the seller is obliged to repair or have the product repaired without demanding any fee under any other name, such as labor cost, cost of the replaced part or any other name. The consumer may also exercise the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer and importer are jointly and severally liable for the consumer's exercise of this right.
5) If the consumer exercises the right to free repair, the product; - Fails again within the warranty period, - Exceeds the maximum period required for repair, - Determines in a report by the authorized service station, seller, manufacturer or importer that repair is not possible; The consumer may request the seller to refund the price of the product, to reduce the price in proportion to the defect, or, if possible, to replace the product with a defect-free equivalent. The seller cannot reject the consumer's request. If this request is not met, the seller, the manufacturer and the importer are jointly and severally liable.
